A good source to hear British English 2. www.democracynow.org      An American news show that is unlike anything on television.              Both national and international news.              Comes with transcripts 3. www.elllo.org       ESL listening practice and games.              Contains both native speakers and speakers from other countries. 4. english.aljazeera.net/watch_now/       Watch live programs. At the bottom of their homepage you can choose from many longer programs about a        variety of programs from around the world. Very interesting and educational. Without transcripts 5. www.kpfk.org       A variety of programs that can be listened to on the radio, or over the internet.              Check out the schedule to see what programs might interest you.              Most programs are archived on their website. 6. www.nationalgeographic.com      Videos about the natural world. 7. www.npr.org              A variety of radio programs. Check out their schedule. There are also archived programs. 8. www.radioaustralia.net.au      A taste of Australian English 9. www.voanews.com     Easy English is good practice for exact listening and also for self-speaking work.
